1. Can I have my products delivered to the ship I am cruising on?

Answer: No, they can only be shipped to .land addresses..

2. Can you ship to a PO box or an APO address?

Answer: No. We utilize UPS as our shipper and they cannot ship to either of those forms of addresses.

3. Will I have a chance to proof my design before it is printed?

Answer: Proofing is done online before the order is placed; however, if you specify in the comment field that you want a proof we will accommodate that request.

4. Can I upload a picture for my apparel or gift?

Answer: At this time, images and pictures may not be uploaded for our designs. We are working to make this an option soon, but its not available at this time.

5. I want a design to be altered or changed in a way that I cannot do online, how do I do that?

Answer: If you want a custom design, we have graphic designers on standby to assist you. Custom design changes are billed at $35 per on top of the standard shirt, apparel or gift charges. Most custom changes take about one hour.

6. Why aren't the extra large sizes included in the quantity discounts with the smaller sizes?

Answer: Sizes starting at 2XL and have an upcharge at the manufacturing level. Because of that, they have to be entered into the shopping cart as a separate product.

7. I would like to see pricing before I design, how do I do that?

Answer: At the top of the page, there is a link to pricing. Peruse this pricing page and if you have any questions, please call our toll free number and the pricing can be clarified.

8. It says 4 to 7 days production, but I need my product sooner than that. What can I do?

Answer: There are two things you can do to receive your product more quickly: First, choose an expedited shipping option like .Overnight. or .Two Day Rush. delivery. Second, make a note in the comment field when you need your product. We do everything we can to accommodate short order requests, BUT, PLEASE NOTE that we do not always have the capability to fit in a rush order. You may also call on our toll free number to see if it can be fit in.

9. I'm not sure the sizes are right for me, how can I know what size I should order?

Answer: There is a sizing chart listed in several places on the Web site as you move through it. Please review the size guidelines carefully. If you order the wrong size and want to return it, we can only provide a 50% discount due to the personalization of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot resell items that have been personalized.

10. I want to order additional sizes of the product without redesigning. How do I do that?

Answer: Most sizes are contained in the same grouping, but if you are looking to order a 2XL or larger sizes, then there's a simple way to do this. First, design and place your product in the shopping cart. Once there, click on the image and go back one page. At the top of that page you will see breadcrumb links. Click one of those and you will have additional ordering options. Do not click "Home" or you will be taken out of your design. This has some limitations. For example, if you designed a t shirt and want to put the same design on a tank top, you will have to redesign from the beginning. But if you created and ordered a large t-shirt and you now want a 3XL, just follow the two step process and you should be able to order with no problem. 11. What colors can I choose for my product as well as the text?

Answer: The following colors are available for t-shirts: ash gray, lt blue, lime green, yellow,and white (3X and larger sizes only available in ash gray and white). Available for ladies fitted: aqua, canary and white. Available for ladies tanks: aqua and white. And for mens tanks: ash gray and white. Available for polos: white. The colors for shirts are contained in the drop down boxes used for ordering in your shopping cart. Colors listed are the limits without incurring an additional art charge.
